Unable to receive mail on Microsoft Outlook

  • Checking the blocked sender and safe sender list

  2. Select Mail then go to Junk Mails and then to Blocked senders.
  3. If you are able to see the sender’s address listed as Blocked Senders, select the address and then go to Remove and then click on Save.

  2. Now, select Mail then go to Junk Mail and then to Filters and Reporting.
  3. Under choose a junk email filter, choose the level of protection you want and click on Save.
  • With the Standard protection, some emails might enter the inbox and you will need to manually select the junk mails.
  • With Exclusive protection, only authentic mails will be kept in the inbox folder. However, you will need to check the folder time to time.
